These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the tlilo API platform and associated services. Please read them carefully before using our services.
By accessing or using the tlilo platform, API, or any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.
tlilo provides a gift card and rewards API platform that enables businesses to issue, manage, and redeem digital gift cards and loyalty rewards at scale. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.
You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
All subscription fees and API usage charges are billed in advance according to your selected plan. Fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our refund policy. Overdue balances may result in service suspension after seven (7) days' written notice.
All content, software, documentation, and technology comprising the tlilo platform are the exclusive property of tlilo and its licensors, protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the API solely as permitted under your subscription plan.
You may not use tlilo to engage in fraudulent transactions, money laundering, or any activity that violates applicable law. Reverse engineering the API, reselling access without written authorization, or attempting to circumvent rate limits or security controls is strictly prohibited.
We collect and process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. You remain the data controller for any personal data of your end users that you transmit through the tlilo API and are responsible for obtaining all required consents.
The tlilo platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free or that defects will be corrected.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tlilo's total cumulative liability for any claims arising under or related to these Terms shall not exceed the fees you paid to tlilo in the three (3) months preceding the claim. In no event shall tlilo be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
Either party may terminate the agreement with thirty (30) days' written notice. tlilo may terminate immediately for material breach, non-payment, or conduct that poses a risk to the platform or other customers. Upon termination, your right to access the API ceases and outstanding fees become immediately due.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Wilmington, Delaware, except either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will provide at least fourteen (14) days' notice of material changes via email or an in-dashboard notification. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
